Depending on how you use Buckmosphere, information may include account and profile details, contact information, Event registrations, contestant applications, attendee data, organizer and staff records, wallet and transaction metadata, voting and gift activity, chat or uploaded content, livestream interactions, and support messages.

We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, process registrations and access, operate Events, manage applications and check-in, provide wallet and payment features, deliver notifications, moderate abuse, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

The service may receive device, browser, network, diagnostic, session, cookie, and local-storage information needed for authentication, preferences, security, analytics, and reliable operation. Browser settings can affect some storage or cookie behavior.

Depending on the feature and configuration, Buckmosphere may use providers for email delivery such as Brevo, payment processing such as Paystack, authentication such as Google OAuth, streaming or media infrastructure such as Mux, and media storage or delivery such as Cloudinary. These providers process information according to their roles and applicable terms.

Relevant registration, application, access, and check-in information may be available to the organizer and authorized Event staff so they can run an Event. Information may also be disclosed where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, platform operations, or a user-requested feature.

Payment providers may receive the information required to authorize and verify transactions. Buckmosphere may retain transaction, wallet, Gold, Silver, voting, gift, and settlement metadata needed for account history, support, fraud prevention, and financial reconciliation.

We use access controls, authentication, logging, and operational safeguards appropriate to the platform. Information is retained for as long as needed for the relevant account, Event, transaction, security, legal, dispute, or operational purpose, subject to applicable requirements.

You can review or update some profile information through the platform. You may contact Buckmosphere through the support/contact channel for privacy questions or requests. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, financial, or Event-operation reasons.
