Buckmosphere provides tools for discovering, organizing, attending, participating in, watching, and discussing Events. Organizers remain responsible for the Event details and decisions they control.

You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. Keep account credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Event schedules, formats, venues, access modes, capacity, registration windows, eligibility, and approval requirements are configured for each Event. A registration or application may remain pending until the organizer approves it.

Contestant applications are distinct from attendee access. An Event may allow one, both, or neither, and an Event may use different requirements for each.

Access may be free, paid, invite-only, online, venue-based, or hybrid. Prices, currency, capacity, ticket type, and availability are shown where applicable. Payment processing may involve the configured payment provider, and a provider’s terms may also apply.

Refund eligibility depends on the Event, access product, payment method, cancellation circumstances, and the applicable Buckmosphere or organizer policy. No universal refund is promised.

Wallet balances and transaction records are maintained according to the platform’s current configuration. Gold and Silver may have different uses, restrictions, and settlement treatment. Do not treat a displayed balance as a promise of cash value, transferability, or withdrawal rights unless the applicable product explicitly provides it.

Voting may be free or paid, and limits vary by Event and round configuration. Votes, judging, pairings, results, gifts, prizes, and advancement are subject to official Event state and organizer or platform controls. Attempts to manipulate results, payments, gifts, or participation may lead to removal or other action.

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, defraud, disrupt, or upload illegal or abusive material. Buckmosphere and authorized Event staff may moderate chat, remove content, restrict access, or suspend participation when appropriate.

Buckmosphere Events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, recorded, or otherwise captured for live broadcast, Event coverage, archive, highlights, recaps, social media, and platform promotion. Attendees may appear incidentally or as part of Event coverage; contestants may be intentionally captured during performances. This section is intended as a clear Event notice and is subject to final legal review; it does not claim unlimited ownership of a person’s likeness.

You retain rights you already hold in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed to operate the relevant Event or platform feature. Do not submit content you do not have permission to use. Buckmosphere branding, software, and platform materials remain protected by applicable rights.

Organizers may change schedules, venues, formats, running orders, or other Event details. Buckmosphere may change, pause, or discontinue platform features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every Event will proceed as originally announced.

We may restrict or terminate access where necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment issues, or serious violations of these Terms or Event rules. Organizers may apply their own Event-level restrictions.

To the extent permitted by law, Buckmosphere is a platform and is not the organizer of every Event. Your participation may involve organizer-controlled venues, performances, payments, schedules, and decisions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
